Dr Malone is unfortunately VERY WRONG here. No treaty supersedes our constitution!! Our constitution is the SUPREME LAW of the land!! Yes a treaty becomes law without our legislation process but it has to be constitutional!
If it were that easy they’d have done it 10x over by now!! A treaty or international agreement has to follow our constitution or we the people do not have to comply. PERIOD!
Nowhere in the constitution does it say our rights dissolve during an emergency especially if there is a treaty or other type of agreement! It specifically does not. It specifically says it is the supreme law of our land!! He has to know this.
